Short Biography: Dr. Vasavakul is a Lead Specialist at GoSFI in Cupertino, California, with a Ph.D. in Government from Cornell University. She has taught Southeast Asian politics in the United States and Australia, directed the Council on International Educational Exchange’s Vietnam and Southeast Asia programs in Hanoi from 1998 to 2002, and has since worked as a governance researcher and consultant in Southeast Asia. She founded iLearnforum in 2026 and now leads its teaching and coordination.
